- How can I list my luxury property?
To provide a consistent experience and preserve the quality of our offerings, we adhere to strict property selection standards that focus on comfort, design aesthetics, and location our discerning guests seek. We only select the properties that meet those standards.

- How do I get my property ready for corporate or vacation rental?
The Whant Collection team will provide interior design advice and make recommendations to get your property rental ready and to ensure it is consistent with the experience our guests are accustomed to having when staying at our properties. We will also provide you a list of products needed for housekeeping purposes.
- How much does it cost to work with The Whant Collection?
We only charge a management fee of 15 to a 20-percent of the total net value of the booking. The percentage varies from property to property, location, and demand for the property. We do not charge membership or listing fees.
- Is there a minimum time commitment I need to make?
Yes, we require a minimum of six months to make this partnership worthwhile and financially beneficial for both parties.
- Who markets the property?
The Whant Collection is responsible for marketing the properties to relevant audiences. We develop marketing materials, social media campaigns, optimize online profiles and pricing according to seasonality. We list the properties with a select group of Online Travel Agents (OTAs) and International Partners. We also tap into our existing customer database and referrals.
