- How do I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation through this website by going to the location (e.g., California, New York, London) and selecting the property in which you’re interested and submitting an inquiry.
- What’s included in the reservation?
Our booking fees include complimentary weekly cleaning, high-speed internet, wi-fi, and cable.
- When are you going to charge my card?
Reservations require an accepted credit card (AmEx, Mastercard, Visa) at the time of booking. 100-percent payment of the total amount of the reservation is required on the date of booking. A second charge will be made one week prior to arrival for a refundable Damage Deposit of $1,500. Upon making a reservation, please read our Guest Rental Agreement for additional information on Damage Deposit.
- What’s your cancellation policy?
Guest can cancel a reservation 60 days or more before his/her scheduled arrival date to receive a refund of 100% of the total booking fee paid. If a reservation is canceled fewer than 60 days before scheduled arrival date — or if the guest is a no-show – the reservation fee will be charged in full and no refund will be provided.
- What’s the best way to contact the host?
We use text messaging to interact with our guests. We will text you with arrival and departure information. You can also text us at 212-444-8988 with any questions about the property, a request, housekeeping, local recommendations or concierge services.
- Do you offer concierge services?
Yes, we do and they’re fantastic. We offer private chef, yachts, helicopter rides, airport pickup and drop-off as well as chauffeur services. Check out our Concierge Services here.
- Can I bring pets?
Sorry, even though we love pets (we really love pets), we don’t allow them in the properties as we want to ensure our guests stay away from any potential allergies.
- Can I smoke in the apartment/home/villa?
No, our properties are smoke-free, so smoking is not allowed of any kind.
- Can I have additional guests stay in the apartment/home/villa?
Absolutely not. No additional guests are allowed to stay – other than those in the original reservation – in the apartment/homes/villas.
- Can I check in early or check out late?
We always do our best to accommodate our guests, but we can’t promise early check-ins or late check-outs. Please let us know as soon as possible that you may need to check in early or check out late.
- Can I host a party in the apartment/home/villa?
No, but as long as you aren’t bothering anyone, we probably won’t notice. Keep it quiet and be respectful of neighbors.*

- Can I use the gym and pool?
If there are available in the building, the answer is yes. Our guests can use the gym and pool at no extra cost.
- Do I need to bring my sheets and towels?
No, our apartments are fully-appointed, and we provide fresh high-quality linens and towels.
- Are the properties/rentals equipped with iron, ironing board?
Yes, we provide iron and ironing boards. We want to ensure our guests’ clothing always look pressed, and they look great.
- Do you provide cribs for families?
Yes, we do. Just let us know when making your reservation so we can plan accordingly.
- Is there a washer and dryer in the apartment/villa/home?
Yes, we ensure all the properties we select for our portfolio have in-unit washer and dryer.
