Description

A true masterpiece of modern Cycladic architecture, this luxurious, beautifully designed villa is situated at Kabi, in the area of Koundouros, in the south of Kea island. It is just five minutes walk from a quiet and sandy beach, and 25 km from the port of Kea. It is a popular destination for its proximity to Athens, its stunning villas, Archaeological Museum and its unspoiled beaches.

Main House Upper (entrance) Level: Spacious living room. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area. Master bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Ground Level:  2 Master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. 1 Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. 1 Bedroom with bunk beds and en-suite bathroom. Guest WC. Staff bedroom and bathroom.

Second House (next to Main House): 1 Double and 1 twin bedroom sharing a bathroom. This house is available at extra cost (€2500 – €3000 per week).

Location

Kea is located very close to Athens; it is easy to access by Ferry as there is no airport on the island. Athens International Airport is the nearest airport. The island is a getaway destination for Athenians who have summer vacation homes on the island. The island’s unique geography is a hiker’s paradise; it features diverse landscapes, remote coves, and ruins of ancient cities.

Kea Port is  25 minutes, Lavio Port (Athens) 55 minutes, Athens airport approximately 1 hour by car and 1 hour by ferry.
